Do you provide packing services?

Yes! We offer full-service packing, partial packing, or just materials for DIY. Our professional packers handle fragile items with care and use high-quality materials.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We’re fully licensed and insured for both Alabama and interstate moves. Your belongings are protected throughout the entire moving process.

How are rates calculated?

Local moves are hourly with a 2-hour minimum. Long-distance moves get flat-rate quotes based on distance, volume, and access requirements.

What about stairs or long carries?

We’ll ask about access in advance and include it in your quote. We handle stairs, elevators, and long carries as part of our standard service.

Can you move heavy items like pianos or safes?

Yes, with advance notice. We have specialized equipment and trained crews for pianos, safes, pool tables, and other heavy items.

What areas do you serve?

Central Alabama and beyond. We serve Birmingham, Montgomery, Prattville, Auburn, Opelika, and surrounding areas. Call to confirm service for your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, cash, and business checks for commercial accounts. Payment is due after the move is completed.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We require 48-hour notice for cancellations to receive a full deposit refund. We understand emergencies happen and work with customers when possible.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for best availability. However, we can often accommodate same-day or next-day moves for local moves.

Do you provide storage services?

We can coordinate with local storage facilities and help move items to and from storage. We don’t provide storage ourselves but can recommend trusted partners.

What should I do to prepare for moving day?

Pack personal items, secure valuables, clear pathways, and ensure parking access. We’ll provide a detailed checklist when you book.

Do you move during weekends and holidays?

Yes, we offer 7-day service including weekends and most holidays. Weekend and holiday rates may apply.
